Considering how little I'd done for the last 2 weeks, I'm definitely back on track this week!

Not only that, but my distance run was the fastest pace I've done so far for a distance run! (but weirdly I can't do that speed when I'm just doing 3 miles. Something I need to work on!)

I'm aiming to do about the same next week, but turning one of the 3 milers into a 4 miler, and upping the Saturday distance to 10 miles.
