So I'm beginning to think I might be cursed!
It's not even a running injury, at least I'd have a bit of pride left then! I missed a step walking down the stairs on Monday morning and my foot landed at a weird angle. I got ready for my run on Monday lunchtime and noticed that my ankle was a bit twingy, so thought I'd just leave it for the day and try again on Tuesday. By Monday night it was flippin' painful!
Even then though I thought it would be better in a few days. But it's now Saturday and although it's nowhere near as bad as it was, it's still a very obvious sprain. I don't know what this will mean for my training this week either, but as soon as I can I'll be back out there!
