To be honest I've deliberately not been posting a week by week update because my injured ankle has made progress so slow. But I'm back up to 10 mile long runs. Next week the plan is to run a half marathon distance. I'm not as fast as I'd like to be at the moment, but it's hot, and I'm focussing on distance right now anyway. So yes, really pleased with myself. I'll go back to weekly logging next week.
