The Friday run was meant to be 2 x 12 minute tempo runs with a little break in between, but I'd been travelling all day and had to give up part way through the second tempo run. It's the second week in a row I've abandoned my tempo run so I need to be careful. It might be I need to change my target pace. We'll see how next week goes.
