No half marathons this week, but two 16 mile long runs!

The two long runs were because I'm taking a short break from Sunday to Tuesday to celebrate Katie's birthday.  


I thought this might be a good place to show some improvement over time!

The last time I ran 16 miles was in June 2021, and I was very proud of managing it in just under 3 hours.

Last Sunday,  less than 3 months later, I ran it in just over 2 and a half hours.


Under 2.5 hours would have been ideal, but surely that wasn't possible...
